Every two weeks, the entire system is upgraded ‘in a mealbreak’ (only 30 minutes). This reduces the risk of downtime at the terminal significantly and enables you to immediately respond to market changes and customer demands. IT Partner was founded in 1999 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In those early days all the software solutions were custom made, for a specific customer with a specific need. By word of mouth IT partner gained more customers. New customers with other demands requested new functionalities to be added to the different solutions, and specific solutions were built that were fit for purpose.

In 2014 IT Partner changed the strategy, to start a more product oriented business. Instead of creating a solution per customer, a big investment was made to work on one solution, that covers all necessary functionalities within the terminal and port business. The CENTER SUITE was born. An off the shelf solution existing of separate modules which can be used independently, but with the flexibility that different businesses need to meet their demands.

Over the last years IT Partner has grown rapidly, developing from a small team with project specialists, to a company with 40 employees in three countries. In 2024, we celebrated our 25 years anniversary with our dear customers and partners.
