The CENTER Client portal is an advanced portal, containing many standardized functions for shipping lines, agents, transport companies and other stakeholders to track and exchange information with CENTER TOS.

An extensive authorization method is included to make sure that parties can only access relevant information.

• Container status & history: search for actual or historic container entries and data
• RoRo status & history: search for actual or historic RoRo entries and data
• General Cargo status & history: search for actual or historic cargo entries and data
• Vessel Call status, progress & history: search for the actual or historic call entries and data
• Create bookings for cargo to access the terminal
• Create releases to grant permission to pick up cargo
• Create commercial blockage to restrict cargo from leaving the terminal
• Vehicle Booking System: Announce truck visits and receive feedback on the visit status (including Truck Appointment)
• Get reports: request real-time reports (e.g. Excel) from the web portal, like stock reports
• Manage loading & discharge lists for vessels
• Get stock overview: use overview of the cargo on the terminal for a specific line or agent
• Photo and document integration: photos of cargo and/or relevant documentation (such as CMR) can be presented to the customer using the portal
• Default language is English - to be altered by the customer. The user setting defines which language is shown.
